Free Website Claim – Terms & Conditions
- The website will be created for the Client after the agreement of an advertising contract
- The Guarantee still applies for the advertising contract, and no monies will be paid for the advertising if they are not happy with the advertising service, although the Client will be liable to pay a pre-determined amount for the site (the advertised value of the website at 350 Euro)
- If the Client is happy with the advertising services, they can agree to a further 3-month contract and then will not be liable to pay for the cost of the development of the website at any point
- Stargrowth Media will host the website for the duration of the contract, and the Client will not be liable to pay any hosting fees for the first month, but will be from there on forward (hosting can be arranged by the Client)
- The Client will only be liable to pay a 20 Euro up-front cost to cover the purchase of the domain, but the Client will remain the owner of the domain
- From the first month of the contract onwards, if the Client decides to sign a further contract, hosting can be arranged by Stargrowth Media for a cost of 10 Euro per month
- If the Client decides to proceed without a website, they will not be eligible to cover the costs of a website and if they are not happy with our services – they will not be eligible to pay any monies to Stargrowth Media at the end of the contract
